Proud to Be Part of the Lloydminster Community
I volunteer with these groups, and I coach the firefighters for the Battle of the Badges, their hockey game against the RCMP.

From Shy Kid to Confident Communicator
I struggled to fit in as a kid, especially in elementary school. I lacked confidence, and the outlets I found were the gym and sports. They taught me communication, confidence and collaboration.
As I started to put myself out there more, I fell in love with helping people. For me it's about making genuine connections, not a quick sale.
I settled in Lloydminster in 2019, and with the help of two key mentors I started to learn and grow in the Lakeland region. Now I get to give back: watching others learn and grow, and having the privilege of being part of their journey.
I really enjoy working with and mentoring youth. Twelve kids call me Uncle Chad. I spent three years coaching sports at my old junior high, and I'm certified through the National Coaching Certification Program (Level 1, Theory and Practicum).
Turns out I love being told what I can't do.
Too short, too slow. That's what I heard growing up. So I went to the front of the net, refused to give up, and ended up leading my Division 1 team in scoring, next to players who were far better athletes than me.
Being captain taught me that leading starts with finding out what makes each person tick, and how to talk to each of them.
- 5′7″Told from the age of 14 I’d never play competitive hockey again
- 8 to 1Division 8 to Division 1 ball hockey, after major knee reconstruction
- CaptainOf every team I played on growing up
That's what I coach.
Hearing “you can't” and pushing through anyway. Standing up for yourself, speaking with authority, getting through the difficult conversation and voicing your opinion when it counts.
Do You Hold Back When It Counts?
You're not alone. We've never been more connected, and we've never been worse at talking to each other. Most people aren't short on ability. They're afraid of the answer.
Afraid of hearing no
You hold back from asking for the sale, the raise or the favour, because the answer might be no.
Not saying what you really mean
You know what you want to say, but it doesn't come out clearly or with the confidence you feel inside.
Struggling to break the ice
New town, new job or new role, and you're not sure how to start the conversation or build connections.
Avoiding the hard conversation
A conflict at work or at home keeps getting pushed off, and you wonder how long you can let it slide.
Imagine Walking Into Any Room a Little Taller
Practical coaching built around the conversations you actually face, at work, at home and in your community.

Step 01
Start with a real conversation
Every engagement begins with a free call. I ask a lot of questions to understand where you are, what's working and what isn't. I won't pretend to have the answers before I know you.

Step 02
Practise the moments that matter
Breaking the ice, asking clearly, handling a no and working through conflict. We use real situations from your work and life, not theory.

Step 03
Carry it into every part of life
Confidence shows up at work, at home, with your family and in your community, with steadier days and the resilience to handle the ups and downs.
Coaching Options to Fit Where You Are
Whether it's you, a young person you support, or your whole team, there's a way to work together. It always starts with a free call.

Mentoring Young People
I mentor young people one-on-one: lifting and nutrition, plus the confidence to speak up and talk to people. When I settled in Lloydminster, two mentors helped me learn and grow. This is my way of passing that on.
Young people watch and listen more closely than you'd think. Every move you make, they're taking it in, so I try to lead by example.
Nothing beats watching a young person step out of their comfort zone and level up. If someone you know could use a person in their corner, let's talk.
Speak Up. Stand Tall. Feel Like Somebody.
Whether it's a tough conversation at work, a sales call or a room full of strangers, you deserve to walk in feeling ready, calm and confident.
Let's Have a Real Conversation
Answer a few quick questions, one at a time. I read every message myself and I'll get back to you to set up a free, no-pressure call. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
